Please book your hotel accommodation as early as possible, by 12.09.2010 at the latest. A booking made after this date cannot be guaranteed.

Your reservation will be confirmed when Insider Group AG has received your reservation request including a valid credit card (number and expiry date; all common credit cards are accepted) to guarantee the booking. Please settle your invoice directly with the hotel when checking out.
 
Please note that a maximum of 2 rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
As all room reservations are guaranteed until 18:00h of the arrival day, please inform the hotel as early as possible about a later check-in. In case of no-show the hotel may charge you a cancellation fee
