All registration fees mentioned above include 19% German VAT.

The conference fee includes the participation in the conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches as well as the conference proceedings.

Supporting Program
We will inform you about the supporting program in good time if such is planned.
 
Press compartments
There is no right to special placement or shape of press compartments. Design and allocation of press compartments is the responsibility of the organiser.

Registration Conditions
The programme and the speakers are subject to change.

Should the conference be cancelled due to force majeure, unavailability of the conference venue, speakers being prevented or else, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference. In case of cancellation all participants will promptly be informed. The cancellation due to low attendance will not be made later than two weeks prior to the conference. In this case, all registration fees will be reimbursed.

Besides the registration confirmation and the invoice, no further documents are sent in advance. If the invoice address that you provided us is not correct, we must charge a processing fee of 25 euros (net). You will receive all further participation documents at registration on the congress day or workshop day.
 
You must arrange/book and pay for travel to Freiburg and overnight stays yourself. Our partner HTS has reserved rooms at special conditions in various hotels near the event site. Please specify "Solar Summits Freiburg" when you make your reservation. The number of rooms is limited, and consequently early booking is recommended.
 
If you cancel your participation by 13 September 2010, you are only obligated to pay a processing fee of EUR 50.00 (net). If you cancel your participation at a later date, you are obligated to pay the full participation fee.
 
The talks are held in English on principle. A few talks can be in German without interpreter. Talks held in other languages will be translated into English and/or German. The corresponding event documents will be in line with this rule. There is no right to a translation.
 
Cancellation
A refund on the conference registration fees less an administrative fee of 50,00 € will be made when a written cancellation is received by 13 September 2010. In case of cancellation after this date or no-show no refunds can be made.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card.

Liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, accident, damage to private property or additional expenses incurred to a result of changes of dates, venue, program or else.
